Queen Bee Mojito
2 oz. Osmia Vodka
1 oz. fresh lime juice
0.75 oz. simple syrup
8 mint leaves
Add 6 mint leaves and the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake well. Strain into a glass over fresh cubed ice. And garnish with a lime slice and 2 mint leaves.
Mint to Bee
1.5 oz Osmia vodka
.75 oz lemon juice
1 oz mint simple syrup
Chilled sparkling water
Add vodka, lemon juice and mint syrup to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake well. Strain into a tall glass over fresh cubed ice and top off with chilled sparkling mineral water. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wheel. Make the syrup: Add 6-8 mint leaves to one cup of hot water and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Strain out the mint leaves and add one cup of raw honey and stir well until the honey is dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool and store in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks in a sealed container.
Cosmia
2 oz Osmia Vodka
.5 oz orange liqueur
1 oz cranberry juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
Chilled prosecco
Add all ingredients except for prosecco to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and top with a splash of chilled prosecco. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
Blooming Mule
2 oz Osmia Vodka
2 oz spiced pear liqueur
Chilled ginger beer
Add vodka and liqueur to a mule cup over cube iced and stir gently. Stop with chilled ginger beer and garnish with a dried orange slice.
Rose Queen
1.5 oz. Queen Bee Osmia Vodka
.5 oz cranberry juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp rose water
Chilled Fresca or your favorite lemon-lime soda
Add all ingredients except the Fresca to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake well. Strain into a lowball glass over large cubes or rose ice cubes. Garnish with a lime peel.
